- Apple ID information (when you sign in with Apple)

- Email address (provided by Apple Sign In)

- Display name (optional, set by you)

- User preferences (programming language, difficulty, category)

- Challenge completion history and performance

- App usage analytics and crash reports (via Apple Analytics)

- Device information for debugging purposes

Subscription Information:

- Subscription status and billing information (managed by RevenueCat and Apple)

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored securely using:

- Firebase Firestore for user profiles and challenge history

- End-to-end encryption for data transmission

- Apple's secure authentication system

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

DATA RETENTION

- Pro user data is retained for as long as your account is active

- When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 24 hours

- Demo users' data is not stored on our servers

- Subscription information is retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Mad Func is designed for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you are under 12, please do not use this App or provide any personal information.

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 12, we will delete such information immediately.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the right to:

- Access your personal information stored in the App

- Update your profile information and preferences

- Delete your account and all associated data

- Opt out of analytics collection through your device settings

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Mad Func is currently available only in the United States. We do not intentionally collect data from users outside the US. If you are located outside the US, please do not use this App.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted in the App.
